  If the phone room sells the last ticket, the web-site will immediately indicate this and not allow a customer to select that show on-line.

  If your Internet connection between tix/SYS and the web server goes down, all elements of the Programme Guide continue to function and users can still add shows to their Ticket Planner but they will not be able to update their order until the connection is re-established. All this happens automatically with appropriate notice being given to the customer.
• Support for redundant network connections.
  For larger events it makes sense to have multiple Internet connections available in case the primary fails. tix/SYS will automatically use the fastest connection available.
